Notice to all financial members of Grammar Tec Rugby Club Incorporated

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at the Clubrooms in Reihana St, Orakei at 6pm on Monday 30 October 2017.
 
Items to be discussed are:
 
1                     Receive Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31 August 2017
2                     Elect Club Officers for the coming year
3                     Appoint an Auditor
4                     Consider any notices of motion provided including the motion received: “That Brandon Jackson be made a Life Member of the Club” Moved by Ken Morrison, Seconded by Martin Broad.
5                     General Business
 
Please note that nominations for club officers and any notices of motion are required in writing and must be received 48 hours prior to the date of the AGM. Nominations must be proposed by one and seconded by another financial member.
